110 Gallon B100 BioDiesel Processing System
Brand New - Never Used - Ready for a Good Home. 
I paid over $2500 for this unit when we were really busy selling books and diesel was $5 / gallon and gasoline was $4 per gallon, but I was so busy that I did not have time to collect the used veg oil and do process the oil into B100 for my diesel truck.

I'm cleaning up right now and getting rid of things that I have not used and this is one of them.
 I need to focus on making books and videos, not making biodiesel.

Complete semi automated biodiesel production system.
110 Gallons Total makes around 85 GALLONS of B100 Bio Diesel each time.

Complete Barrel Filtration and pumping filtration included.

You CAN use this system if you desire for Straight Vegetable Oil (SVO) but its designed for doing Real Bio Diesel, this is the process that uses methanol and lye (NaOH) to treat used vegetable oil and to separate the glycerin out and to create pure B100.  100% Biodiesel that runs in any diesel engine without any heaters or modifications etc....
The Four containers are for holding the methanol and lye mixtures

Plus there is complete filtration for the pumps and plenty of barrel pumps and all the misc items needed.
Keep your hands OFF the oil and chemicals.  Everything is set up for you to draw off the biodiesel and the glycerin from the top and bottom, plus allowing the easy introduction of methanol and the lye catalyst.
Set the timer on the main pump and let it run and mix while you go do something else.

The unit has LARGE CLEAR pipes so you can see the fluids flowing and know everything is working and is fine.. plus its fun to watch.

Holds 115 Gallons, but you normally put in only 110 Gallons of Waste Veg Oil, you have to have room for the Glycerin and the Lye.
This is the guy I bought it from.  The unit comes with a manual plus Dennis will help you with any problems.
